my truck would stall run ruff and if I pushed on the wiring harness right between the fuel and oil filter it would die, would up replacing both wiring harnesses and it's the last it goes to a dealership. $2500 in parts and labor $1800 I believe it was, 10 hours to change harness I was told, the same harness that was supposed to be changed in a TSB . Truck had 60k on it good luck.

tried that, pushed and pulled rub the loom against metal stuff, far more than vibration or moment would cause and nothing. not a hesitation, stumble nothing.

one time was steady cruising on the highway, nice smooth (for new england) road.

So you replaced the ICP and the PIG Tail did you make sure the crimp connection was good and tight before heat shrink and tape back up? What does the ICPV do when acting up"

Could be a bad CAM sensor. You could also try hooking up a pressure gauge in the hole where ur icp sensor goes and make sure u have sufficient oil pressure i believe it should be 1200-2000 psi.

when I pulled on the crimps they didn't come apart. It acts the same way as before I changed the icp and harness.

I don't know, when the wif/glowplug illuminate and the truck stumbles the sgII freezes except for ect, volt and couple others. When I scroll through the pids, there are no values for most of the pids.

U should really check the cam/crank sensor. This and the icp are to things that will shut the engine off.

tried using livelink thru the x3. truck stumbled, stopped data logging. whatever is causing this shuts off the obdII port. I have to shut it down, count to 10 and start it back up to get the obdII port to work again, it does not come back on it's own.

Have you checked the power supply from the passanger battery to the postive post on the starter for chaffes or lots of green corrosion? Branches off from there up.

Check all the connections on the drivers side fender well. Monitor Vref to see if it maintains ~5V. Check the FICM relay box for corrosion.

Heres the normal values for ICPV
koeo-0.2 low-1.0 high-1.8
it looks like to me your Idle values are off my thinking is the pig tail didn't get crimped all the way tight also the ICP pressure is low
ICP Values
koeo-0 low-625.5 high-1400-1450
