Long story short, broke top bolt for air/steering pump mounting bracket. Short of removing and drilling bolt, can i run it this way? Any quick fixes? Thought I could use expansion bolt on steel support bracket at top hole mount? 4.2 ltr e250 2000. It seems there are a total of three bolts into head?

Just my 2 cents but I wouldn't be wanting to not have all of the bolts holding something that is involved with the serpentine belt.
What i did for now is unplug the compressor and just use the pulley to operate the serpentine belt. It seems that the power steering pump is at the bottom of the bracket with two bolts in it. I guess I just need to take it apart and drill out that bolt.

Probably a good plan. I dunno but it seems every time I work on my truck I break a bolt. I never have problems pn any of my other cars. The last thing I had to do was drill out the EGR bolt. It broke off while coming out. And don't even get me started on the exhaust manifold bolts! I love this ruck but geez it sometimes don't love me.
Use a bunch of heat on the bolt before trying to back it out> I also use Kroil instead on PB Blaster or CRC freeze out (not that I won't use I won't use them in a pinch). Bathe that sucker for a while and heat the crap out of it then tenacity and swearing helps from there.
