The finished product looks really good! I don't get where the clear tape the refer to goes. The price is reasonable enough to give it a try, though.

It does make things look sharp. I think I'm going to end up making a new guage panel to fit a set of Dolphin gauges like these: http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/291071731009?lpid=82
