Ha yeah. This is the second time I used the new torque wrench since I got it, it's a Kobalt one, so it should be up to spec.

I'm wondering if my power steering pump pulley came forward a little bit when I had the bracket unbolted. The belt seems to ride a little too far forward on the water pump pulley, which is causing it to be about a rib too far forward on the crank pulley. I'll check to see how the pulley line up with a yard stick or something once I get out of class today. I hope it's nothing to complicated because it's going to be eating through my belts until I figure it out.

Then after I figure that out, I'll have to deal with the p0411 code I keep getting. I never have messed with the secondary air system, but I don't think it will be a cause to worry for now.

Just in case anybody pulls this up and has the same problem, it was the power steering pulley that got out of alignment causing the belt to go one rib forward on the crank. I supposed when I unbolted the bracket, the way I set it and kinda dropped it inside the engine compartment barely pulled the power steering pulley out. I pushed it back in with a pulley installer and everything is good now.

The P0411 code is still a mystery to me. I get a "pending" p0401 code also, but the engine light hasn't come back on yet after clearing the codes 50 miles ago. However, my scan-gauge still says the system is not ready.
