I have been having lots of gelling problems in this cold weather we been having here. I have my prefilter on the frame rail and it keeps freezing and cloging. I was looking at fuel heaters and I found this. http://www.parker.com/portal/site/PA...690R1230&Wtky=
Has anyone used one and does it work well? Any opinions? Thanks!
The link brings me to a blank page. Racor makes heated fuel lines as well. I posted a link to it here a while back, I'll see if I can find it and post it for you to look at.

Thanks for the links. I did order the Racor filter/ heater setup I posted in my original post. Has anyone used the setup I posted? It seems like Racor makes a quality product. I'm hoping this filter/heater setup will work well for me.

I like the sound of that setup. I'll have to keep in saved for when I do the in-tank mods.
Couple questions I have are:
I'm assuming the filter head is the heated part, so this will replace your current filter head?
How often, if ever does it need replaced? It looks like its essentially a 30 micron screen.
How much did you pay if you don't mind?
I'm looking to "winterproof" my truck a little better since I'm looking to move up in elevation (house around 7500') in the next few months and this setup has piqued my interest and I was wondering if you have installed yours yet and how it's working out for you. Any updates, information, tips would be greatly appreciated.
