I think I have a bad COP on my 06 Navi with 70k miles.
Looking on ebay there are enormous differences in price.

This often the case on eBay. Some sellers mark their items up real high hoping someone buys it assuming, that more expensive translates into a better product.
Just because one might have one bad doesn't mean you need to change them all out. In over 310k miles, only two of mine have gone bad. I just change them as necessary. You might take another good cylinder COP and exchange with the bad cylinder to ensure it's the COP, not the plug or antifreeze accumulation in the plug hole.
OReily's has an Accel unit for about 45 bucks with a year warranty. There's also a 5 year unit for 15-20 bucks more. The Accel units work great.
so, in terms of quality do you think they are about the same?
Quality is never the same between different manufactures, so that's not really a question that has an accurate answer. The way I look at it, you can buy 8 on eBay for what it costs to buy one locally. So for that kind of savings it's worth trying them. FWIW, most of the time when a COP stops working it is not that the COP isn't producing spark. What generally happens is the rubber boot cracks and allows spark to jump to the sidewall resulting in no spark reaching the spark plug. Many times replacing the boot is all that's need to fix the misfire. The replacement boots go for around $3 each.
I have already have the spark plug changed now I personally need to do the coil pack I'm thinking it's the first one on the passenger side? BTW, my truck is a V6 4x4 off road 4.2
