I always just get off at Olympic on the sb 110 and take two immediate lefts under the freeway and park on the left in the garages.
Don't know anything about the so called rapid transit.

So the wife and my parents and I are all going to the George Straight concert at Staples center on Saturday. It's been a long time since I've been down there. What's the best bet for getting there and parking? Should we park somewhere else and ride the Metrolink or just head down to one of the parking garages? Any thoughts are appreciated!
I've used the Metrorail before. Boarded at Norwalk green line, then transfer to the blue line, and the station is a block from Staples. It was a fun adventure, but I don't think we will do it this time. There are 4 of us, and it is $3 per ($1.50 per green and blue), and we can park for less cost without waiting around for train schedules.
Anyway, Staples is easy to get in and out of if you drive.

10-4. Sounds like we'll just drive in then.
Bill, you guys are going to have a blast. We saw George and Martina last year on the same weekend in Las Vegas before they had announced the LA concert. It was a 3-4 hour show and was nothing short of amazing. Can't wait for this weekend.

I'll keep an eye out for you. But it's a big place. I don't know at the moment what section we're in.

Easy in, easy out, just get there early.

I read through Pop's site from time to time and always learn something. Give it a try.

You know Pop, he'll never tell ya, but he always has a surprise somewhere.
Not sure he'd want me to spill the beans but here it is anyways.
Enjoy.

If you really want a chuckle, or better yet, a full out laugh, pull up Pop's website and click on his "last updated" at the very bottom of his home page link below.

I was installing some springs on the Wrangler this weekend. Had the front end all torn down, and while in there took a good look at the front brake calipers. I had checked the pad wear before and knew they were good to go, and the truck has always stopped hard and straight. Didn't expect any issues. Wiggled the driver side caliper around a little, and dang it came right off the bracket. Nothing holding it in place. Both guide pins missing.
Amazing that the thing just sat there doing its job when called on, no unusual noise. It has not rubbed on the inside of the wheel. I can see it has burnished the outside of the rotor from rubbing a little, but not any real damage. I think the usual non-worn area of rust around the rotor rim kept it from moving outward. I don't think the pins fell out, because the threaded holes are perfect looking. Not wobbled out. Some dolt just forgot to put them in. Makes me want to whoop his ***.
We'll get that sorted out. Pins are ordered. Meanwhile, I put it back and drove it to work today. It behaved thus far, a few more days shouldn't hurt.
