I have an early 99 F250. My up pipes were squealing when under a load. I pulled everything apart and was going to put bellowed up pipes, but at $800, that is too steep. I read that Felpro 8194 would fit, but they are about 1mm bigger than the pipe. Ford wants $18 each for original. Will the Felpro squeeze down or is there another part number I can use?

I too have a E99 and I have tried a few different things short of new IH pipes. Actually I have set of used E99 IH up pipes waiting to go on my truck. First of all what do your up pipes look like where the donut gasket goes? You need to see if you have pipe erosion due to donut gasket. If so you need a new set of pipes to start with.
Now as far as the FelPro gasket goes there are guys that have not had a problem with them. I have NOT had good luck with them. Due to the size of the gasket they can NOT be compressed the way they should be. The OEM ones are going to be your best bet since they will compress correctly in the taper in the baby butt and flange to get a good grip. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...rque-spec.html
But the only way to truely cure the problem is a set of these.

Maybe some day I'll get the bellowed, but at that price not right now. My pipes are pretty clean and not pitted. I think I'll see if I can find the Victor Reinz seals.

Greg maybe if you can't find them call or email Justin at DP Tuner and ask where he got his? And as long as your pipes are in good shape I think them or oem will get the job done. In that thread I post a link for Roland/ Mueckster had some great ideas as far as getting the new gaskets to seat correctly and torqued down. Good luck
Per what Justin said Victor Reinz F17250 http://www.autozone.com/autozone/par...ntifier=145990
