replacing bed on '64

I have a 1964 2WD with the "wrong bed", 114" wheelbase and 6.5' bed. I found a "1966 F100 short bed" for sale, is there any reason why it wouldn't fit on the '64? I think I read here about the frame width being changed in '65, and wheelbase from 114" to 115". Are the differences in frame width/wheelbase from the '64 to '66 (or potential differences in bed length I am unaware of) that would prevent me from just bolting this replacement bed on? I really want to get the proper bed.
