Above the text box, there's a button that looks like a sun rising over mountains. Click that, and it pops up a window asking for the image URL. Of course, you'll need to use an image-hosting service (Photobucket, ImageShack, Flickr, etc. etc.) for your own pictures. Copy the URL (your image-hosting service will have that option available), paste it in the pop-up box, and click OK. Then post as normal, but you might want to preview it first.

the easiest way is to put them in a photo hosting site like Photo and image hosting, free photo galleries, photo editing and then copy and paste the image code here.
