Removing Convertor Screw 2001?
I have already put independent duals on my 2001 Screw and it has help with the MPG. But I want better MPG.
My brother works at a muffler shop and he has already talked to the owner, so noprob about cutting out the convertors.
I want to know if the convertors are cut out will it damage my engine and make the internal comp go hay-wire?
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I don't think you will gain that much by removing the cats and trying to fool the computer and really, there is no reason to. Back in the 70's and early 80's, yeah, it would've been worth it. But now? Nope.
