Bulk heater hose
I'm getting ready to change the cooling system hoses on my truck. I bought the radiator hoses but found out the heater hoses are sold in bulk form and you just cut them to length. This is on a 95 ranger, 4wd, manual trans, 4L engine, no ac. My question the heater hoses take a few tight bends. Will the bulk heater make aroung these bends without kinking? Has anyone ever done this with the bulk hose or did they go to the dealer and get hose that are "pre-bent" to fit? Is it nessasary for me to go to a Jiffy lube to get the air sucked out of the system after changing the hoses? Thanks Tim

No you don't need pre bent hoses. I don't even think you can get prebent hoses. The hoses never took a specific route like the radiator hoses do. Heres a picture to help you.
Its not the same truck but yours is probably similar in setup.
