2006 FX4 Emblems

Bought my wife a FX4 this weekend. The oval ford logo on the front and rear are flaking and fading. Looking to replace them. The front one has two nuts that hold it in place. Does anyone know if the one on the tailgate does as well or is it simply stuck on and can be popped off?

I *think* there is two nuts...you'll need access the inside of the tailgate by removing the panel that covers the latch mechanism. I want to say there are ten T-20 screws that hold the cover on...but I don't remember exactly.
