Want Ford's New 2015 F-150? Its Aluminum Gamble Could Cost You in 2 Ways (F, GM)
Just a article about the new 2015 Ford F150. They say that insurance will go up, plus there is limited shops that could work on aluminum frames. Seems like the increase in insurance coverage will defeat the saving of fuel from the lighter material.

Could... One thing all people should be aware of is that writers have a JOB of coming up with something to write about. I could come up with a 5000 word story how the 2015 f150 "could" cause beer can shortages worldwide. It would not make it true or likely.
