Door alignment
Don't loosen them any more than necessary to move the door. Move the door in our out as you determined earlier. Move in small increments, snug up a few bolts and take a look to see how you did. A helper would be a blessing, I did mine alone and it was a pain in the !#!!# Keep making the adjustments bit by bit until you get it where you like it. Don't worry about the up and down part just yet, that comes later. After you get it so that the door and the front fender faces line up you can go the the next step and remove the access panels that are located on the face of the door near the hinge jamb. This allows access to the other end of the hinge inside the door that makes the up-down, front to rear adjustments. There are three bolts inside each of these access panels. I removed the bottom bolt on each hinge and looked to see where the bolt hole is in regard to the square slot of the door. I then took another look at the door to determine what adjustments were needed. If an up-down adjustment is needed you will have to loosen all four of the remaining bolts enough for movement. You can track your movement by watching the hole in the slot relationship where you removed the bolts. Keep playing with it until you get it where you like it. Keep in mind that the top front hinge is the one to get anchored where you like it first and then work off of it. It took me three or four tries per door but I got it. Don't forget to tighten and replace all the bolts after you get done! If the relationship between your cab and your fenders is off due to bad cab mounts or something like that you may never get it perfect. I had just rebuilt my cab mounts and was adjusting them when I adjusted my doors so I could make as many different moves as I wanted. I'm sure somebody in this forum knows a better way but this is the only way I know. Good luck!
