Pencil me in for now. I'm always up for a GTG, but we'll have to see what I've got on my plate when the time comes.

We are like most folks that only need a place to sit (tailgate) at least some of us should drive them there and a hot dog or burger and we are good to go.

We usually get a good head count right before the day and then each of us will sound off with what we can bring.

Soda's mixed variety, cooler/ ice, paper plates, plastic eating hdwr, napkins, cups, mustard/ ketchup, hot bogs, burgers, brats, buns, grill, charcoal/fluid, cooking hdwr,,

DO NOT go out and buy it all, cause you need a good head count first. The biggest issue is a place to meet that is easy for everyone to locate, and can accept cars, 2wd suv's, 2wd truck and pets.

Local park with picnic tables or a free pavilion.

Most of the time ol Taz (RC's copilot and navigator) is on the leash and doing tricks for snacks.

I will bring the t post and FTE banner.

Word to all, maybe we can get more folks to show up with a ride share program?? I'll go get Unk Bob...lol I wish.

Awesome rich, I was gunna make the deal I'll buy all the stuff, since yall are drivin a distance...as far as parking and such? We have acouple options, my dad's house has parking for 10-15 full sized crew cab trucks, and that's not to mention the fields right next to the house, that also gives us a full size BBQ grill, plenty of area for the dogs n pets to run, got a porch, tv, and for the guys n gals that wanna play in the mud we have conservation trails, the rock quarry, and tons of gravel roads so none of that is a problem,

There is a park up near boons house, with a lookout over the river etc. but if you guys would tell me what you'd like to do n whatnot we can I find the perfect spot, and that I can do! But yea I will love to see what ideas yall got on places or places you. Guys can find pretty easily.thanks again guys

But I was pretty serious on the id buy all the stuff, if yall just drive down.

Oh yes and a "rest room" is always a requirement for the ladies, there are some that come to these things.

Your dad might be ok with a bunch of stranger in his yard, but might feel different when a bunch of strangers go traipsing thru his house to use his facilities?

Some folks might be better with a public setting like a park, but I would like to trailer the bronco there and do a little wheeling. And it is NOT road legal to say the least, no tags ect...

How about a ball park idea of the location, like the exact town name or a place we can find on a google earth, so we can figure driving distances and time.

It's called boonville Missouri, however as I mentioned it's porta Pottys there, I've talked to my dad about it awhile ago..and he is fine with having new people over, it will give him a goal of excitement cause he has all his chevelles and toys and a f450 ambulance, and he has 2 bathrooms, a room for children incase they need a nap, big screen tv, it's a big house, and he has no problems with letting people in especially FTE members and would enjoy everybody's company, BUT! As far as the ball park area that over looks the river I don't know of any areas for off roading up there, all the places I know are down by my house, so from boonville to my house is approx 20 minutes, so that is a possibility, it don't matter to me much where we g2g at the more ford trucks the better right

A "ball park idea" means a rough estimation of a location NOT an actual ball field.....

I though you of all people would understand that meaning, lol.

Its all good, and stay safe over there.

Hello my friend.

The park would be perfect with the exception of off-roading. The picnic benches are covered by a roof, there is electricity, a large barbecue, drinking fountain and hose bibb and there is enough room for 30-40 people. Not to mention the public bathroom which is within 100 feet of the one location across from the baseball diamond.

Moreover, I live less than a minute from there and folks could use my apartment for sleeping if they want to come a day early or use the shower and I have a ton of food and beverages, non-alcoholic as I do not drink alcohol.

I could put up large G2G signs on Ashley Rd. and the park entrance as this would be a shortcut.

I also have a new Weber Small Barbecue with charcoal and new tools that you could use. It is probably 18" to 24."

Also we could cook some side dishes at my apartment.

I am not biased but the park sounds best of all locations it is just as you said regarding the 20 minute drive for some "mudding."

Just Food for Thought.

Bonn

P.S. There are writing boards in each location to reserve the area so if you and your girl decide on the park I will put the date on the board.

Yea I think we are gunna do the park idea, however I talked to rich last night and we planned on meet at my dads however I called him back last night and his exact words was "I'm going out of town that weekend now for vacation" so I will talk with rich some more about parking down at my moms ( it's easier to find and in town), and on that note with rich possibly bringing down the bronco to do some off-roading I'm sure a mile or 2 down a old county background and hitting the gravel that way, but absolutely boon I will contact you and rich later. Thanks

Hello and good afternoon Dalton.

How are you doing today?

I have to go to the Court House today for some Intel so I will get the permit if necessary and reserve a spot.

Do you want the one that is close to the Restroom and baseball diamond or do you want the one down the hill for more privacy?

Call me when you can.

Stay safe and comfortable.

Boon
