HEI or CDI box?
What's better? I have an HEI distributor right now. And I liked it, but it screwed up on me.
This would be the perfect opportunity to go to a CDI box style, and I have a couple reasons to. But I have a couple reasons why not to too.
So what's a better setup? I'm looking for reliability more than anything.

Duraspark II boxes are reliable and cheap. Or it's easy enough to use an HEI module with a factory Duraspark distributor.
The multi spark from a CD box is nice but I don't know that there's $200 difference in the way it drives vs. the factory DSII setup.
Duraspark does need a ballast resistor to reduce coil voltage, though, where the HEI and CD don't.
