Converting a 2wd longblock to a 4wd longblock

So I know I need to pretty much just change the oil pan, pickup tube, and dipstick tube location. Anybody have any source for these parts. I turned all that in with my core and they claim they have already scrapped it. If anyone has these parts I have some 2wd headers I may be willing to throw into a deal.

How do I block off the hole the 2wd dipstick will leave?

Milodon makes a rear-sump, but at around $350 or so, rather pricey. But cool looking

Just checked out ebay, nothing there...

I'm using a 5qt. front sump pan on my 71 4wd no big deal unless your into steep hill climbing with your truck. Plus most used 4wd pans the dip stick tube leaks oil.

I'm not seeing any reason that I couldn't use the front sump pan so I may just stick with it. What about the oil filter location? The one I have faces sideways and the old one faced down.

As long as it's not hitting any thing right. You can buy them off of ebay if you can find a cheap one. Most go for $35 and up.
