If anyone can help with any of these codes or knows a website that has all of them that would really help me out.
KOEO
Code 32: EVP circuit below minimum voltage of 0.24 volts.
Code 64: ACT sensor is less than the Self-Test minimum of 0.2 volts.
CM
Code 32: EVP circuit has intermittently failed below minimum voltage of 0.24 volts.
Code 67: Neutral safety circuit failure.
Code 81: MAP sensor vacuum was not greater than 2 in-Hg (7 kPa) during normal vehicle operation.
KOER
Code 21: ECT out of self test range 0.3 to 3.7 volts.
Code 32: EVP circuit below minimum voltage of 0.24 volts.
Code 41: No HEGO switching detected always lean (right side).
Code 77: System failed to recognize brief WOT during Dynamic Response Test (user error).
EVP info: Fuel Injection Technical Library » EGR Valve Position sensor (EVP)
ECT info: Fuel Injection Technical Library » Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor (ECT)
ACT info: Fuel Injection Technical Library » Air Charge Temperature (ACT)
MAP info: Fuel Injection Technical Library » Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor (MAP)
Your Neutral Safety Switch code is probably caused by not holding the clutch in during the tests. This is a requirement for trucks w/4.9L engine and manual trans.
Code 77 is user induced, you did not goose the throttle at the proper time.

I was driveing down the road and i noticed it was running hot and i was in the middle of know where, i drove about another 10 miles to a gas station but before i got there it started sputtering and lost all top end power, i had to down shift twice to go up a hill. when i reached the gas station i was coasting and i took it out of gear and it died on me, i towed it home today and pulled codes. Theres white smoke coming from the exaust, alot of it, does this mean i blew a head gasket or worse cracked my head?? And could any of those codes be causeing this or is it definettly a head/gasket?
#1 was 95 psi
#2 was 90 psi
#3 was 75 psi
#4 was 80 psi
#5 was 75 psi
#6 was 0 psi
does this mean my head/gasket is bad, and why does cylinder 6 have no compression?? Please help

that being said, there's a ton of damage that could have been done. you could pull the head and see whats going on. I'm guessing that its a head gasket. if it was me, not knowing if the head is cracked, valves are burnt, ect. i might be tempted to just replace the motor. these motors are pretty available from the yards around here for about the same money or less than the machine work and gaskets.
