Guys and Gals,
I have my own tax and accounting business I operate out of my house. I know everyone has people they use and I respect that, I am simply posting my website and other information for those who may have an interest in my tax and accounting services.

Ted, Can you set me up with a LLC? I need to get it done. I've heard of some places that do it for $250-300.

I would definitely use an attorney for the establishment of an LLC or any other legal document of such magnitude. Others have started one without the assistance of an attorney, but it just makes me feel better when the council has been contacted with such legal items. I am not an attorney and will not hold myself out as one either. Setting one up isn't hard and should not cost you a ton of cash, but I don't have that expertise. I can assist you with the tax issues you will have.
