Hello from Chicago

I met you guys at the cafe in Fontana last Saturday. I hope all is well. is there a good salvage yard in the area to look for old ford truck parts. Thanks Tom

Hi Tom, welcome. Are you relocated here, or just visiting from Chicago?

I spoke with a guy at the cafe who said his handle was toomanyfords, or toomanytrucks. I can't remember for sure now. Was that you?

I don't think the salvage yards here are too good for old parts. Pretty much picked over I would guess. Your best bet for info is a user called numberdummy, real name Bill. He will probably find your thread soon. Unfortunately you cannot private message yet until you have 25 or more posts. Bill has a pretty good idea of what's available and helps us all with part numbers on the old stuff. You can go to his profile and guest message to get his attention.

Yes that was me. I think I met Bill at the f100s supernats a couple of years ago

No I'm not moving I drive a semi and go all over the country. A friend of mine owns a trucking company aroud the corner from that cafe
