Ever think of looking up the codes to see what they are telling you for information?
Codes 133/141 is ox sensor 1 on passenger side.
Look at the harness for being burnt or shorted against the exhaust.
Check fuse #23.

Codes 302/303 are cylinders 2 and 3 misfires.

Code 401 is an EGR flow failure test code. This hardware is located on the driver side.

All seemingly unrelated unless there is something else that ties them together we don't know about, at this time.
This is why you don't replace parts trying to get lucky. It costs to much money for very little result.

Thanks, I looked up the codes but wasn't sure if the truck has an upstream and downstream sensor. It is -8 out there so I am just researching right now.
I figure a set of plugs and wires may fix the cylinder misfire problem.
