So I am building my new motor, and going through the old one pulling off what I can (most of it is either seized or rusted on). One of the items that is refusing to come out is the ECT Housing (I am guessing at the name). Its the inlet/outlet for water to TB and heater. I went to a pick and pull and there were 3 there but all were in as bad a shape as the one I have now. So I have two questions...
1. whats the proper name so I can make a vane attempt at trying to buy one new?
2. If I cant find one new I was thinking I could make something out of brass as long as I can find a T fitting with the right thread size, what size port is it in the manifold?
The wrench I was using on the lower nut was a 29mm open end, but I could not get it to loosen after 2hrs of liquid wrench.
