T89 vs T18

T89 vs T18
Have an individual interested in buying a 4 speed for a 62 half ton. I think they came with T89 (correct me if I'm wrong) I have a T18 but are the bolt patterns the same on the front? If came out of a ford. I know they are better than the t89s. How much is a good complete t18 worth?

Trans to bell was square, then changed to a "butterfly" rectangular looking pattern, somewhat wider than the square pattern. The T18 might have both patterns, as it is easy to drill a wider trans mount for the narrower pattern.
Check input and output length and spline as well. Could be a direct swap.
