HI, I have been having similar problems. Radio, windows and door locks. The posts that I have seen point to a delayed accesory relay. I am going to replace mine once I find out where it is.
Driver side power window slow or stops when really cold

I have a problem on my new 2014 F350 Superduty. the driver's side window is very slow to go back up when it is cold out. The colder the slower it travels. Once I had rolled it down when it was about 5 degrees, pressing the window up button, the window would start but then stop. I had to exit the truck and push the button at the same time while trying to pull the window up forcibly with my free hand. I called up my dealer where I purchased the truck, they said I need to bring my truck in so they can check it out. The problem is that we are heading for a warmup, and chances are the temp will not get as cold as it had been until next year again. so they will not see an issue. they did say they will check the Ford Bulletins to see if the issue is reported...I checked myself, it is not reported by ford. Any ideas?
Mine go down slowly, when warm but work better when it is cold! The window channel weather stripping is bad. Don't know if that applies to you or not. Mine is an O1.
Could be the rubber seal getting stiff from the cold temps hence tightening up causing the glass to be more restricted.
My Super Duty has hand crank windows, and any time it rains or the truck gets washed, I can literally roll them up or down with one finger, when the truck is dry it takes the normal effort to roll them up or down.
