Explorer Intermittant Heated Seats
Hello. I have a '01 Explorer Limited w/heated seats. Twice now they have been inop( once it was both, once it was only drivers seat). I have done a little troubleshooting when the problem occured, checked the maxi-fuse in engine bay-OK, and also removed the drivers side switch. With the switch removed, I checked power- has power @ two grey w/yellow tracers. Didn't check ground,didn't know if this is a grounding circut. The strange thing is, you cycle the key switch, and they come back on!! Sorry for the length, but the dealer(warrranty) can't fix unless it screws up!! BTW 37,xxx miles. Is there a module or thermo-switch in this circut? (wish I had a schematic!) Any ideas or help greatly appreciated!!!!!
