So on my highboy there is a 2wd ps box. I wish it was a 4x4 box but the frame has been notched and boxed for the 2wd one and now without spending hours hacking my frame up again I csnt get the 4x4 box to fit. So currently its a 2wd box doing the push my pull you design as I call it. I'm wondering if there is a cost friendly way to just leave the current ps box how it is and do a crossover system? Thinking that it might be a little easier on the ps box?
Should be able to throw on a drop pitman and a crossover arm. You probably have to drill and tap your passenger knuckle though. I can see it working , but you may have to clearance your crossmember.

Clearance the crossmember? Does the crossover arm go above or below the pass springs?
Also any suggestions on a kit or drop pitman? 74 2wd ps box, and its a 78 f250 front end d44
Im a little worried about spring clearance with the drop pitman.. But they say on that link above from the company who makes a kit, that they can make bends so I can probably so a standard pitman that's not a drop to get the spring clearance and then have a bend to clear the crossmember and have it all positioned right.

It all depends on where the end of your pitman comes out. Most end up at a point where the drag link would hit the crossmember at some point in the travel.
Pitman arms are usually forged steel. You can bend them with a torch. Just make sure you let them slowly air cool. Water cooling them make them brittle.
