f450/550
The small 10 lug pattern 19.5" x 6.00" wheels from the Chevy 3500HD chassis cab with the pull handles on the doors and the drop center I-beam front axle with leaf springs and an extra elevated panel below the grille, circa 1996, (is this the truck you're thinking of?)... still won't fit the 2005 up Ford 450/550.
- The Chevy's bolt circle diameter is in english units, not metric, and is 7.25". That is equivalent to 184.15 mm, as compared to the 450/550's larger 225.00 mm.
- The Chevy's offset is also different: 96 3500HD is 5.08", versus 5.35" on the Ford.
- The 19.5" rim on a 3500HD also mounts differently, using a clamping plate, with 90 degree cone nuts. By contrast, the Ford 450/550 mounts with Ford specific swiveling crush washer lug nuts.
When it comes to keeping the wheel concentric to the rotating axis of the axle, the clamping system is important (hub centric vs lug centric). The pilot bore diameter is part of this equation.
- The hub pilot bore of the Chevy 3500HD wheel is 5.25", which translates to about 133.35 mm. By contrast, the Ford 450/550 wheel has a hub pilot bore of 170.10 mm. Since the Ford mounting system is hub centric, the hub pilot dimension is critical.
So no matter how you slice it, dice it, or measure it, the Chevy wheel's hub pilot, bolt circle, and offset are all too small to fit on the Ford hubs.

The Ford pattern has 3 choices of Alloys:
- Ford

All are FORGED aluminum, not cast, and all will be 19.5" x 6.00", so they will not suitable for tires larger than stock size.
Ford Trucks for Ford Truck Enthusiasts
Before you said "Yep, but those won't work on my Chevy truck." That was the moment I gave up. I said to myself, "You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink." Here I had taken the better part of this evening to research and post very thorough and complete complete wheel specifications, and then, after you made it more clear what you were looking for, I posted the brand name and pictures of the wheels you wanted, mounted on the very same truck you were talking about. And in response, without a single word of thanks for all the research, you said they wouldn't work? That's when I threw in the towel and cleared my cache (history and tabs). Fortunately, I already posted enough data here to make a keyword search quite easy for you to hold you own going forward.
Try expanding your search to include the P-30 motorhome chassis. The P-30 is the general name for the Chevy/GMC stripped chassis, and that entire division was reconstituted under the brand name of Workhorse Chassis as a separate business entity. The chassis designations are not straightforward, as they cover literally decades. There are P-30s, P-32, P-6... but all are generally referred to as P-30, even while many only have 16" dually wheels as opposed to the 19.5" with a 7.25" bolt circle diameter that you are looking for.
Keep the dimensions I put up handy, so you don't get distracted by say, a 1992 C6500 Lo Pro that has 19.5" wheels on a 7.5" bolt circle diameter. Oh so close, but so far away, since yours is 7.25". Also, most wheels are listed as diameter times width, ie 19.5" x 6.00"... and that IS what your are looking for since rim width has nothing to do with bolt circle diameter.
Here's some more examples of what I think you are looking for:

its the SMALL 10 lug patter used on the early 90's C3500HD's
its a PITA trying to find alloy wheels for that pattern
