F450/V10 Hydroboost Setup
please help us V10 Excursion Nerds to solve a problem.
Some of us want to do a conversion from our OEM vacuum brake booster
up to hydro booster setup to create a better brake response due higher pressures. One of us did it and has since than a strong and loud whining
of his pump, though everything is build up right, fluids are fine and parts were functional great before.
So we're all guessing that its wether the Diesel is so loud than no one hear
this whining or something must be wrong.Any ideas?
It would even be a help to find guys who are driving a F450 with a V10 where this setup was build right up the productionline.
We need advice and help. Here is the Link:

Thanks in advance for any hints.

And did notice the new whining. It’s noticeable because it wasn’t there before but with how much better the brakes work- it’s well worth it.
maybe you need to do like I did and purge the fluid for all new fluid. Not that bad of a process with the hydroboost system ( link to do it is in the above thread) .
