Full fluid change, LS question

So, i figured id change all the fluids in the truck to set my baseline for my maintenance schedule. The one thing im curious about is the compatability of LS friction modifiers w synthetic gear oil. Is anyone running synthetics in their rear LS diff and if so whats the scoop? Thanks.

MOST synthetic gear oils already have the friction modifier in them, no need to add more
