Runs like crap multiple codes
my 99 F250 with the 5.4 is throwing P0401 and P1000 and another saying cylinder G is failing. Poor acceleration, a knocking feeling at high speed, rough acceleration im guessing the knocking is from the faulty cylinder, what are my actions?

The codes indicate a misfire on cylinder #7. The P1000 indicates that someone cleared the codes recently which makes locating the problem much more difficult. If you do not have the tools or knowledge to troubleshoot this, you should take it to someone who does.
