Crazy frame swap question

Ok, so tell me if this is a just nuts idea or not. I have a 73 f250 4x4 with a 12v cummins in it. Im curious if anyone has done this or attempted this, but i also have a 2008 single cab F550 without a engine. I was thinking about putting the body on the newer frame and axles. Has anyone done anything like this before? Just looking for some input. I think it would be a pretty cool swap if i can pull it off.

Ok, ill check it out. Im not worried about the cummins part thats easy . Im just curious if my 73 body would be able to fit on the 2008 frame or if anybody has done it?
