Turbo back with or without CAT?
I want to put a 4" turbo back exhaust on an 03 Excursion 6.0L.
As this is in CA do I need to have the catalytic converter?
Do I have an adapter made from the stock CAT?
Who has a 4" Turbo back system and where can I source this at?

I bought a MagnaFlow for my 6.0 F350 from xtremediesel.com. I have bought a few things from them recently. They have great customer service and pricing.
I am fairly certain if emissions testing is done you need the cat. The system I bought had extra piping sections so I could use the cat if I decide to. Good luck.
