Need help from AOL Guru

My one sister has AOL and has accidently put my other sister on her AOL blacklist. She said she went to the blacklist section and removed the sister but the sister still can't get through and now she can't find the section on blacklists.

I use Incredimail and don't have a clue on AOL. Can someone give me some help that I can forward to my sister?

If she took off the block her sister shouldn't have any more problems. Just untick the box, hit apply and then enter.

If that didn't help I would suggest she contact AOL and see what they think. It is a very simple process.

If you are talking E-Mail blocking she can go to Keyword: Mail Controls. If you are talking botu being blocked from the buddy list then she would need to click on the setup or preferences button on her buddy list and then go to privacy preferences. If she still has problems have her place OSFPCS on her buddy list and IM me when she sees me on. I would be glad to help her out just have her mention FTE in her IM and I will know it is legit.
