Does anyone have the specs on the 79' Econolines? A friend of mine has one with a 302 and wants to know how much horsepower they came with because hes going to be swapping it into another truck. Thanks for the help.

I would suspect around the 150-175 Hp mark .

The reason no one answered is because the specs on most of these engine's is not printed in a lot of things.

The 73 302 put out 157 Hp

The 78-79 400 put out 158 Hp

The 78-79 351M put about 140 hp
