Trying to get more history on it. I know the 351m are known to have low oil pressure and run fine.

OK GOOD, LOOKS Like a nice one... If it was me I would ask a few more questions History ETC... and make a conscious decision from their, because that looks like it will sell FAST. GOOD LUCK !!! I Really Hope it works out for you.

Where are you at Farm? is rust a concern? And 1958, ive got no plans to get rid of them, the white one is my dump run/firewood/building materials truck, may also use it to haul hay for my horses occasionally...the blue one is more of a "fun" truck, the 460 feels like its got a little more power than stock, and should be fun come next spring.
ive got lots of fireroads to explore

im in central illinois. humid summers and winters, so rust could be a problem. no surface rust is visible but i need to check out frame.

Something to check with the low oil pressure symptom. And this is assuming that the truck just has the factory gauge and not an aftermarket one the truly reads the oil pressure. Check with a manual gauge. Hooked right to the factory oil sender on the back of the engine. A lot of times the sender goes bad and gives a false reading on the gauge in the cluster. I had this same issue with the 400 in my bronco. I had a friend check it out for me. All it need was a new sender. They're even cheaper and easier to replace then the oil pump.
