I would think you are still fine at 7200 miles. However the salt could be a factor. Over time, it gets stuck just like a gas oxygen sensor will, it't just that these sensors are more 'flimsy' than oxygen ones and have a tendency to break off or strip while trying to take them out as they get older. My buddy here has #2 go out and his came out with no trouble at nearly 13k.
I'm at 18,000 and mine came out easy enough when I used the Permatex brand of anti-seize a couple weeks ago. Then replaced a failed sensor on Tuesday. It might not be necessary but what is a couple bucks and about 15 minutes work to ensure they will come out when necessary. Plus it's good to know just where they are located. It could save a day of frustration easy.
First time to take it out i would spray a little penetrating oil on to help break it loose, and when i had to replace mine, it was much easier when the pipe was warm/hot and just protect your hands and arms. Then i x2 on all of the anti-seize advice as that helps for the next time!!
