Stumped

Purchased A 1999 F-250 7.3L Auto
It Has A 5" (Yes 5") Tailpipe Muffler And Exhaust
I Wanted To Check The Computer To See If It Was Chipped And Was Shocked To See The Box Was Not Plugged In?
The Plastic Protection Cover Is Missing?

The Truck Has An 's' (Sterling) Grill Insignia But I Dont Think That Has Anything To Do With It.

Has Anyone Heard Of This?

Thanks

Jeff

The computer plugs in on the firewall side. If it starts, it's plugged in.

If you are referring to the cover on the back side of the computer as the missing one, then it is likely that it has been chipped and the chip has been removed.

My truck has an "International" logo on the grille, and all that means is that I have a little too much time on my hands.
