Angry Starting

I have just spent $400 on parts for my truck because it wouldn't start when cold (recomended by shop). 2 days later and it won't start again. New fuel pump 312.00, new exhaust sensor 178.00
It tries to start but just won't kick over and definately won't go above 1500 rpm when it does start. Any feedback appreciated.

I'm just shooting from the hip here, but I'd be checking out your glow plug circuit. More than likely, it's just the relay.

Where is the relay? My book doesn't list one.

If it is the relay I would take those parts back and tell theguy to stick them in his glow plug

It's on the passenger side top of the engine. Between the fuel filter housing and the valve cover.
