Transmission question?
I have a 2000 EX 7.3
Two days ago I had a little issue with it in reverse. It would hang up a little. I wrote it off to the 4x4. Well now it is stuck in my garage because it will not go when I put it in reverse. IT will go in Drive and I can pull it forward just reverse is the only thing that doesn't work. I admit I don't know a lot about trucks. IS here any other thing it could be besides the transmission? I was under the assumption if the transmission was out it would move at all.
I am planning on pushing it out of the garage and then hopefully driving it to the service dept.
Thoughts/advice greatly appreciated.
