LOL, yes they are the same and they are called Fenders like madpogue said.

QUARTERS are the REAR wheel well

As for looking different, the non color matched flare is probably the difference

That's a different brand of flare on that Bronco. That might be the Bushwacker.

I'm thinkin it might b different too but not Bushwacker.. They don't offer anything that hangs down past the 1/4 panel...
