Power steering conversion
Ok here's the situation:
I have a 62 F100 with a mid 70's 390 engine in it. I am looking to convert the truck over to power steering because it is just to hard to turn the steering wheel.
What are my options? Whatever they are looks like its going to be a real PITA.

As much as I don't like the idea the CV cross member swap sounds better and better all the time. I don't think there is a cost effective bolt in solution for the straight axle trucks.
How wide are your front tires? Narrow is better than wide in the steering department.

Couple of different ways to do this if you still have the straight axle front end. Easiest seems to be this:
Classic Car and Truck Brake, Steering and Suspension Parts
but a lot of people don't like that type system. Looks like you could do it this way, too:
