It seems like I've been running my guts out since Christmas...
How is everyone holding up with thia weather?

Everyone is complaining about the cold weather. I just got back from a program called "Okpik" in northern Minnesota. The temps got down to -32F where we were camping in a tent on a frozen lake.

Did you do any ice fishing? I'm doing fine. Only 2 jobs since Christmas, which was nice so I could spend time with the family. Can't wait to see what we get Sunday with the snow coming in, and the cold temps next week. I hope they aren't like what Ken saw!

Soon I will be. I've been studying for my Permit Test. the Magoffin Co. Board/School Bus portion has paid about $100+ for my drug tests, etc.

It's actually a good thing it's this warm today. The more heat the ground gets the less depth for the frost line. If you know you have shallow water pipes, that are likely to freeze, put a thick pile of straw on them. You might also consider letting something drip. Otherwise, it's not going to be a good week.
The good news is, it's going to be better by the middle of the week.
I also want to apologize for letting this cold follow me back from MN.

OMG!!!! Ken posted a selfie!!!! Hey, that ain't gray you see in that picture, it's frost!
Today I repaired the plug on my block heater on my 99. the other day it was about 1 degree, and it started, but boy she made some funny noises for a little bit. Not to mention I smoked the neighbors out pretty good. Perhaps if I do that a few more times, they'll move!
