I'm so ready for warm weather and camping season! Never been more sick of winter. I am excited about this convoy. Bill what is your estimate on numbers for the convoy once I hook up with you guys at I81?

Should be 7 OBS trucks if Dan can make the convoy. Be 8 trucks total if Jon joins us with his SD.
Since you won't have your OBS ready for RRE, and you are the competitive type, you and Cody should bring it to RRE! I hear they are having a sled pull this year.
That could be fun. Good luck convincing Cody to come up there, but he sometimes asks me to take it to events and run it without him. We'll see.
Well there you go....a good excuse for you to come to RRE. I'd like to meet Cody too though. He seems like a pretty cool guy.
Im sure he'd love to make it to RRE. That guy stays so incredibly busy though... its not even funny. I've never met anyone who runs right on the ragged edge like he does. I go work with him one night every weekend and I feel like I stay too busy. 24+ hour stretches is normal in his world. Lol. It has become fairly normal in my world now too thanks to him.
Yeah still not what I'm doing yet. Should know more, probably towards the end of the month once I get everything figured out. Hopefully I'll be going.
Isn't JP bringing his SD? I know he'll be in Illiana convoy, but is there a plan for the two convoys to meet up at all? That would be pretty cool.
And yeah JP its just you and me if either of us break down lol.
Jon, for some reason I thought your truck was a 6.0! I even said something about it being a 6.0 a few pages back. I just looked at your sig and saw it was an '02 7.3! LOL! Sorry about that bud! LOL!

Hahaha!
No problem Bill. It is definitely a 7.3. Yes you did say that. I think you might have gotten mixed up because we were talking about the 6.0 and I was saying how much I actually liked the 6.0. I know, I know probably against most folks here but I just really like it for some reason. Love the 7.3 too, but just love the 6.0 a little more. I'm big into how the truck sounds and love the sound of the 6.0, 7.3 too, and I did a lot of research on it a few years ago and fell in love with it. A lot of it too is the easier aftermarket and power potential/opportunity it has over the 7.3, and am not really a fan of the newer diesels as much as the older ones.
Also I misinterpreted your post, thought you were just joking about it being a 6.0 because I liked them, so I didn't even think about correcting you. Now I realize I was wrong, lol.
But I am very happy and love my 7.3 right now, and am very excited to learn about, work on, and mod it. Really am glad to have it, over the 6.0 right now. Just something new to learn about and different after having being used to my Dad's 6.0 all the time. And there was really no chance of me having a 6.0 right now, because if it broke down, I just wouldn't be able to afford to fix it, so I went with the reliability of the 7.3, haha.
Its funny when I started looking for a truck and had thought about getting a 6.0, my Dad said "No, there's no way you're getting a 6.0" LOL. I probably went back and forth of having the "want" of a 6.0 or a 7.3 at least 10 times, but really would have been happy with either one.
