This is what I found out. The truck in boost would not build higher than 13 psi at WOT or driving normal in the degas bottle. So than a friend of mine and I did the Dye test and when we started the engine it was at 185 degrees, so as we are performing the dye test we are waiting for the thermostat to open at 190. Once it reaches there boy did it open and shot all the gas into the test tube. And the good news is no carbon what so ever. So my thinking is this I do have a heat problem which is probable very slight in the oil or egr cooler. That is why my numbers were a little higher EOT 211 EWT 200 qt the highest. So I think once that is replaced all will be good. So to the Ford Tech in Utah who says he knows everything . Why they blame everything on HG is a joke. Guess they just want that money.

Which proves my point of not over-reacting. Try all parameters before making an informed decision. Sounds like ur going in the right direction. Some light at the end of the tunnel.
My original point is tat it could be something along the lines which could have become clogged, or it could be u need a new oil cooler, or it could be ur oil screen, or ur hpo rail being clogged which is building extra heat quickly which is throwing ur temps off. Blah blah blah blah.

Glad you found out that your not building to much pressure. Thats why I run the pressure test. Easy to do and eliminates the hg's.
