Dana 60 bearing replacement without setting up backlash?
Can I replace the carrier bearings and the pinion bearing on my donor open diff D60 from a 1995 F350 and torque to factory specs or do I need to have someone "set them up"?
I'll be pulling the carrier anyway to install new inner seals.

Thanks for the feedback! I'd definitely let a pro set it up if I went that route. It's a front axle so it most likely it has little wear, so unless I see, hear or feel something to give me concern, I most likely won't fuss with it and spend the money on ball joints and u joints.
I need to research further though as I thought all Dana 60s did not use a crush sleeve so changing the pinion seal should be easy. But I read somewhere that newer ones do.
