So while cruising through ebay I found a very strange van. I can't possibly think of a purpose for this van. Would it be very stable to drive? Despite it being odd, I want it and I don't know why.
That is very cool indeed---cute's just one word that immediately comes to mind huh?
Sure I too would love to have it but it'd sit and NEVER be driven. The comment it would make a Jeep look downright stable says it all----I fully agree!
BTW I'd be highly curious if it could be legally licensed in most states?
It does look like one of the absurdly fast vehicles that you see at a drag strip and never expect them to be fast. Hadn't thought about using it like that.
The listing ended but not posted sale---wonder what became of this one?
Ya know I do love its look---wonder if anyone here would do the same to a later version----got a donor?
;( I did have one a 2000 E250 with the v6. But the motor was shot and the front end had been plowed into a tree (it was a movie stunt van, look for Haunted by Victor Salva whenever it releases, my van is the main one) sadly we fell on hard times and the van went to the scrapyard. On a brighter note, they can plow into a tree and smash the front end in and not hurt anything but cosmetics. Amazingly tough vans
More likely a rubber coupling there, I'm sure there's hardly room for anything else. You'd have to pull the engine forward to separate the transmission from the rearend
