Does anyone sell a full drum rebuild kit?

I'm considering picking up a 67 from a guy across town to do a little maintenance work on and turn into a daily driver. He drove it up and down his street when he got it and said it runs fine but the rear brakes want to drag a little when you press the brakes so he didn't recommend driving it home.

I have limited knowledge on drum brakes, as I come from the turbo import world. I was just curious if anyone knew of a vendor who sold a complete kit to do the whole truck? Drums, pads, wheel cylinders, any springs/bolts/etc I might need. I'm sure the Auto Zone up the road has everything in stock I need but don't really want to make 5 or 6 trips when it's about 20 miles round trip each time.

I would suggest once you get the drums off take pictures of it before dis-assembly. Once you do that take apart ONE SIDE only and take the parts down to your local Parts store as samples. Once you get the new parts put that side back together again with your pics and the other side as maps. Notice the shoe with the shorter friction material always points to the front of the vehicle.
Ford Racing Performance Parts (frpp AKA Ford Motorsports) used to carry a kit that came with both rear loaded backing plates with brakes. No drums. Part number was M2209B. 11 X 2 1/4" brakes for a F100. Had 3.150 center pilot hole. .381 attaching bolt holes. 3.56" x 2" attaching bolt pattern. These dimensions may be different on a 1967. If you want this kit call Beasley Ford. 717-755-2911 ext 1278.

Depending on the GVW, 1966/72 F250's could have either 12 1/8" x 2" or 12" x 2 1/2" front/rear drum brakes. 12" x 3" front/rear drum brakes only on F350's.

Ok I punched in that # in Google and it brought up some place that sell the whole backing plate for $300ish to do the rear. That'd be a big step towards getting the brakes to work as they should. Thanks for the heads up on that.

It is a F100,correct? If so I'd double check the measurments I posted above compared to your 1967 before purchasing.

Yep, it is an F100 I'm interested in getting, forgot to mention that in my o.p. Whether this 67 locally, or a 68 with a 460 in it about an hour and a half away, both with iffy brakes.

1967 F100 has 11" x 2" front brakes, 11" x 1 3/4" rear brakes.

1968/72 F100 has 11" x 3" front brakes, 11" x 2 1/4" rear brakes.

460 swapped in, wasn't available in F100/350's until 1973.

Been having problems with my rear brakes and final realized it was bad bearings causing the problem. Might want to check those also.

If you're on a budget, like I am, Rock Auto has many bump brake parts at close out prices. I did mine a couple of years ago for 1/3 the price of the local discount stores.
