Very strange things happening with 2009 F350 Gas, first the heater blower only is now working on high, progressively has gotten worse, low settings started not working a while ago, now only high works. Just recently the strangest thing, start the truck OK, turn on radio OK, turn lights on then the radio goes off. Can't figure this one out. So, if anyone has an idea please send me a clue. Will bring it to dealer in a day or two if I can't figure this one out.
Blower motor only working on high is very likely you blower motor resistor. About a $30 part and normally pretty easy to replace. Should be out next to your blower motor. Rectangle shaped and looks like a computer board around the edges. Wouldn't think it would go out that soon. But you never know. Could be your temp control panel but my money is on the resistor.
Will definitely look at the resistor, had to replace one on our 06 Chevy 3500, but that was a factory recall. That one looked like it was melting. Thanks.

Melting and getting wet and rusting is normally what takes them out. Make sure and look at your plug, if it is melted replace that to. They sell replacement pigtails. But that doesn't mean it's a problem right??
