Check fuse 22 under the hood. Are the batteries dead from trying to crank or what?

A bad battery will draw a good one down.

Looked at your YouTube video and the door ding'r is working so you have some power. A loud pop is almost always an electrical connection. Can you give more information? Did the truck engine turn over at all when this happened? Do the headlight work? I would start by looking at the starter connections because everything else is fused and should protect itself. Do you have a volt meter to do some basic troubleshooting?

So I'm still having problems. I'll put the video on you tube. For now this is the problem both batteries are fully charged and the engine light is on and it makes a loud ticking noise and it makes a thud when you turn the key. The video will be titled (electrical problems with 7.3)

Post a link.

Does it make the thud when you turn the key to RUN, or when you turn the key to START?

LOAD test BOTH batteries, in isolation from one another. Also check main battery positive and ground connections.

The indicator on that charger doesn't tell you much when both batteries are connected. Try this - disconnect the negative on the driver's side battery, put that charger on the passenger side and see what it says. Also try turning the key to RUN (NOT TO START), and see if you get the WTS light and no clicking. If that doesn't help, try reconnecting the driver's side negative and disconnect the passenger side negative, and try the same thing.

The idea is to see if at least you can power up the PCM and the accessory electrical system on either battery by itself. If it _does_ act "normally" with just one battery connected, the _other_ battery is faulty. If that's what you find out, then charge JUST that battery with your charger. If it takes, and HOLDS, a charge, you're probably out of the woods. If not, and if both batteries are about the same age, then your best bet is to replace both.
